A business who provide warranty and insurance solutions to their clients are now looking to bring another Project Manager into their team. This role will oversee the major projects, making for an interesting and varied work-load, and will be rewarded with home-working and a fantastic financial package.
A team of over 300 strong, with almost 200 of these technical field-based surveyors and project managers, operating nationally. Working from the comfort of your own home or personal office you will manage your diary, no micro-managing in this business, and be given the technology to do so (laptop and mobile phone). You will go to site, predominately within London, to complete site inspections and risk management inspections before then overseeing project works. The Project Management side of this role is on complex, major projects that will often be high-rise projects.
