Job Details

The company are one of the leading Contract Hire and Fleet Management companies in the Midlands. Due to continued expansion of their internal sales division they now have a new position for an experienced Fleet Customer Service to join the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Customer and Sales team, ensuring that the customer service experience remains at the highest level.
  • Generate Quotations on system, using current data
  • Fleet Planning - keep track on what contracts are due for renewal, setting up service processes that informs you in advance of when updates are required, this information is then passed to the sales team.
  • Keeping track of where all the fleet is situated
  • Keeping a log of all fleet, ensuring all defect reports are matched to corrective action statements

To be successful in Customer Service you will require the following:

  • Background in either dealership or leasing company is required
  • Background in Customer Service is essential
  • Experienced in using databases
  • Raising quotations and orders
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft Office
