An opportunity has arisen for an experienced technical service manager from within the lift industry to join a family run independent lift firm in Kent. Ideal opportunity for an experienced lift tester, technician, or service manager to join a successful business and take on new challenges and responsibilities.

The Role:

As the Technical Service Manager, you be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to engineers and managing their day to day work load
  • Carry out site audits & Toolbox Talks.
  • Carrying out surveys
  • Management of all business sales functions
  • Assessing insurance reports.

To be successful within the role you will have:

  • Service management experience within the lift industry
  • An NVQ Level 3 in lift engineering, CSCS Card (c.s.c.s / c s c s) or a J5/J25 module or a LEIA qualification
  • Must have office base computer skills, MS Word, Excel minimum.
  • Good technical ability
  • Must have valid full UK driving licence
