The role will be based in the Nottinghamshire office and come with a salary circa £68,000 although negotiable for the right person, full package and autonomy to make the role your own.
Offering a bespoke service to clients including; joinery and fit outs, this company have gone from strength to strength. They currently have a team of 70 committed members of staff and a substantial turnover which demonstrates their success. They predominately operate on projects up to £3,000,000 in value.
The Commercial Manager appointed will play a key role in allowing the Directors to take a step away from day to day management and concentrate on the wider areas of the business. You will be given autonomy to manage the estimators and quantity surveyors within the team, develop the team in place and recruit for further members of staff as necessary to build the team further.
