A family run property consultancy are now looking to recruit for further Chartered Surveyors on a permanent basis. The role offers home-working, a salary up to £55,000 per annum, car allowance and a competitive overall package for the right candidate.

Beginning as an Estate Agency and then expanding into Building Surveying and Residential Valuations this company has seen considerable growth over the last 2 years. Operating originally on a regional basis and now with surveyors nationwide this is a brilliant time to join them. They have built a client base by providing excellent customer service, outstanding surveying and overall efficient processes.

The Role

Working as a Residential Surveyor the successful individual will undertake the following;

  • RICS Homebuyers Reports.
  • RICS Condition Reports.
  • RICS Building Surveys.
  • Structural Inspections.

The right candidate may currently be operating under any of the following job titles; building surveyor, chartered surveyor, residential surveyor or valuation surveyor. Albeit it not essential the right candidate may have management experience as there is opportunity to progress to regional manager.


The right candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor via the RICS route (either MRICS or FRICS) due to the nature of the work and the surveys completed. Ideally the candidate will have Residential experience completing homebuyers reports but training can be given within any areas the successful candidate doesn't have experience.

  • A salary up to £50,000 per annum but negotiable dependent on experience and location.
  • A car allowance up to £5,000 per annum with fuel card.

As well as the above, although working remotely, you will be invited to social events throughout the year and have full support from the admin team. Regular contact is maintained between Directors and the field-based surveyors to ensure they feel supported. A full induction is also given upon successfully being offered the role.
