A multi-national, global market leader are seeking a Service Manager to lead their team in the North East. Operating in a competitive market the company hold a high market share and are looking to push forward further in the coming years. This is a key position within the management team. Offering a basic salary of upto £40,000, individual performance related bonus, profit related bonus, pension scheme, company vehicle, 33 days holiday. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known and highly respected automatic door specialist.

For the last ten years the position has been managed by the current Service Manager however, he has recently been promoted so this vacancy has become available to back fill his position. The position will involve managing a team of twelve Service Engineers. You will be in charge of site coordinators, the technical department, planners, surveyors, and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for technical advice/troubleshooting, quotations, estimating, surveys, escalations, ensuring that sales targets are met and operating costs controlled within budget, working with the contracts department to resolve warranty issues, liaising with clients, Engineers, and senior management.

Basic Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Expected OTE: £45,000 - £50,000
