A Project Manager is required to join a growing lift specialist in London. The company are looking to expand their Project Management team on the back of their success and growth over the past year. The successful candidate will be managing multiple modernisation projects across London and the South East.

About the Role

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Site surveys and audits
  • Liaising with manufacturers, construction teams and site management
  • Toolbox talks
  • Managing site labour
  • Ordering and sourcing materials for project needs
  • Carrying out site surveys during projects to ensure project completion on time

To be successful within the role you will:

  • Qualified to an NVQ 3 level or above who has
  • Time spent in a modernisation engineer role
  • Be able to read and check drawings, specifications and design requirements .
  • Have good client management and people management skills are also essential.
