Site Manager

£200 - £300 per annum

Job Details

A main contractor, based in the Midlands but operating nationally, require a strong Site Manager to commence work on a project commencing in March 2018. This project is likely to last approximately 40 weeks.

Operating from a Midlands Head Office, running projects across the country and a strong pipeline of future projects, this is an exciting time to join a fantastic company with excellent future prospects.

The Site Manager role involves

  • Overseeing all health and safety.
  • Operating as number 1 on site.
  • Managing all trades on site.
  • Liaising with the client and clerk of works.
  • Administration as necessary.
  • Liaise with Construction Manager.

The successful Site Manager will have

  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS.
  • First aid.
  • RC Frames experience.
  • Strong management experience.
