Working for the UK's leader within operational service and support to the onshore pipeline sector an opportunity for an experienced Senior Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join their established head office team.
As the Senior Control and Instrumentation Engineer you will be responsible for:
Providing project control from initial approval through to commissioning and handover.
Prepare project plans and programmes to ensure work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and to client satisfaction.
Ensure agreed man hours and cost targets are adhered to through effective project and financial control.
Seek to enhance project fee where possible.
Provide contract documentation for procurement of services and materials.
Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations for contract award.
Prepare estimates and technical input for proposals to prospective clients.
To be successful as the Senior Control and Instrumentation Engineer you will have:
Degree educated or a minimum of HND in Control and Instrumentation or Electrical engineering.
Knowledge in the appropriate engineering discipline in the design, project engineering and consultancy in oil and gas pipelines.
Background within EC&I, controls, SCADA or similar
Chartered engineering status - or at least near completion
Full UK driving licence.
The company offer a competitive package which includes:
£40,000 - £45,000
