Three Plan Checker's required for a National business operating within the Insurance and Warranty sector. This role is based from home, with occasional travel required throughout the year, and the successful Plan Check Surveyor can therefore be based anywhere within the UK.
With an employee count circa 300 inclusive of over 170 remote working employees this company have spent the last 20 years growing the business and their presence throughout the UK. With exciting plans for the future; now is a fantastic time to join them. Currently providing Insurance and Warranty services to; Builders and Developers this company are looking for Building Control professionals who are content with being home-based.
The successful applicant
The successfully appointed Plan Checker will receive a salary up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience plus a full benefits package (details available on request) which includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and private health insurance.
If the Plan Check Surveyor is not yet Chartered then full support will be given to obtain this via the in-house training team. For those that are Chartered continuing support will be given to progress and maintain CPD. All membership fees for either RICS, CABE or CIOB will be paid.
You will be given autonomy to manage your own diary - excellent time management will be key for this Plan Checker.
The company also hold regular social events and encourage Surveyors liaising with one another to still maintain a team feel to business.
