With a history spanning over 20 years and growth planned for the foreseeable this company have a lot to offer the right employees. They are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor with Project Management experience particularly investigating and diagnosing insurance claims. This role will cover the South of the UK.

The Company

Their current team stands at 300 strong and at present is growing month on month. This business is led by a CEO who is ambitious and a management team who encourage and support employees in progressing and learning. The company provide insurance and warranty to the built environment sector and have become one of the most notable within their industry. Due to growth they now require another Claims Project Surveyor to join the business.

The Role

  • Site inspections to determine the claim e.g. damage & possible cause.
  • Over-see project work utilising a PSL of contractors to complete the work.
  • Ensure projects are run to time and to an excellent standard.

Requirements of the role

  • Professional membership: RICS, CABE or CIOB.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experienced Building Surveyor.
  • Ideally an understanding of the insurance industry.
