Job Details

Due to continued, natural growth this award winning lift servicing and repair business are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lift Service Manager to support and develop the businesses service engineering team. This role is an essential position to really bridge the gap between the field and the office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, motivating, and developing the field engineers
  • Providing technical support to field engineers
  • Auditing and developing field safety and quality
  • Promoting continuous improvement
  • Key player in training, development and recruitment of staff

To be successful in this managerial role you will have:

  • A background in lift engineering, in either service, repair or installation
  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering discipline
  • Previous experience as Service Manager/Repair Manager/Operations Manager
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
