An established construction firm have recently moved to new premises in Derby and are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager in the Sheffield area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and expanding business where they invest in training and development. Salary circa to £50k, with attractive benefits package

The successful candidate will be required to have the relevant qualifications and CSCS card etc.

Responsibilities of the Manager:

• Handling Brickwork, block-work, joinery & stonework projects across the UK.
• Managing, organising and leading works on site including labour.
• Liaising with the main contractors and attending meetings.
• Delivering high value supply and fit contracts.
• Ensuring, the works are on target for completion, working in line with company health and safety policy and ensuring budgets and quality of work is adhered to.

To be successful in this role the manager will require:

• Experience or working as a Project Manager on Brickwork, block-work, joinery & stonework
• Bricklaying trades background required
• Proven success of managing and delivering projects within budget and according to deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions on own judgement.
• Full UK driving license.
• Willing to travel/stay away from home.
