As Approvals Coordinator, your job will involve the following:

  • Ensuring all new and existing products possess correct documentation and legislation
  • Seeking approvals from governing bodies
  • Resolving approvals issues with external and internal contacts - being a coordinator!
  • Organising the movement of samples for legislation purposes
  • Working closely with internal design and quality teams

If the following applies to your experience, I'm keen to hear from you:

  • Previous experience as an Approvals Coordinator - failing that, anyone who's organised with incredible communication skills
  • Experience as a coordinator - liaising with multiple bodies in multiple departments
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Experience report writing, and a guru on Microsoft Excel
