We do this to ensure our clients are successful in their recruitment. The market continues to be a very buoyant one in the engineering sector, in part driven by the skills shortage within engineering across the UK.

We realise that we can't realistically provide a perfect service to every single company recrui
ting engineers at any given time, we prefer to select our clients carefully and give them our undivided attention.


The way we select clients we work with very much follows a clear pattern and ultimately it comes down to 2 factors:

Is the role you're recruiting for approved, if it isn’t signed off please let us know.

Make sure the job spec' and salary levels are realistic.

Meet the recruiters you are working with.

Don't approach more than 3 specialist recruitment companies, less if possible.

Agree a level of urgency and a time frame for completing the recruitment.

Communication

Constructive feedback on CVs submitted within a reasonable time frame.

Constructive feedback on interviews conducted.

Return our calls and emails.

Agree fees up front.

Line manager contact where possible
