Our contract recruitment service offers you a flexible option to cover peaks in projects or to free up permanent members of staff for other projects.

Usually contract requirements are very urgent and very specific. We act swiftly and efficiently to provide our clients with the right engineers with minimum fuss and maximum speed.

Temporary or Contract requirements may be for one person to cover a day long assignment, or a whole team of people on a long term basis to run an ongoing project. Whichever the case, Professional Technical’s Temporary and Contract team has the necessary expertise to find the right solution for you.

Prior to commencement of work, all candidates will be fully briefed as to the nature of your business, the job specification, what is required of them and provided with any equipment necessary to complete the task in hand.

All Temporary and Contract workers will be issued with a handbook to include locations maps, details of transportation links, contact details, hours of work and Professional Technical guidance notes.  

Once the candidate has commenced an assignment, Professional Technical maintains continuous liaison with both the client and the candidate to ensure that the project is on schedule and there are no underlying issues. This process has proven to be critical in the retention of Temporary and Contract labour. To be able to offer a full consultancy service, both the needs of the candidate and the client have to be satisfied.

Often, due to the nature of a number of the industries we serve, the skill sets demanded in the business will vary from Design & Development to Production & Maintenance and all points in between.
