My name is Luca, and I joined the Design Team at PT in 2026. I specialise in recruiting for both contract and permanent positions, including Mechanical Design Engineers, Product Design Engineers, Industrial Design Engineers, and a wide range of other design-focused roles. I enjoy the sector because I love the passion the people I speak to share about their roles, and the fact that design covers such a wide range of things. I like working at PT because the people are great, there is a lot to learn from very experienced people who have really good reputations within the industry. 

I enjoy football, both playing and watching and I’ve been lucky to have travelled a lot in the last 7 years and loved every second of it. Very difficult to pick one single place but it certainly has been a lot of fun.
