Automatic Door Engineer

A local Automatic Door Company are seeking Skilled Automatic Door Engineers across several locations, including Leicester, Corby, Rugby, Northampton, and Cambridgeshire.

A successful Automatic Door Engineer within the business will receive;

An Automatic Door Engineer will be responsible for:

• Conducting routine and reactive maintenance on automatic swing and slide doors
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs with minimal downtime
• Work collaboratively with production and other departments to ensure efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow EN16005 regulations
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within an door engineering, maintenance role
• Strong mechanical or electrical fault-finding skills (EN16005)
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Relevant engineering qualifications or apprenticeships are desirable
