Coffee Field Service Engineer - Glasgow

A fast-growing refreshment provider is expanding and has created a new opportunity for an experienced Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team. They are looking for someone based in the Glasgow area. The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £38k, with additional bonus company car with personal usage, full door to door payments, 33 days holiday and much more. Responsibilities of Coffee Field Service Engineer

• Install, commission, and set up coffee equipment to the highest standards to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across a wide range of coffee equipment to maintain reliability and performance.
• Respond to reactive breakdowns and complete repairs with a strong focus on achieving first‑time fixes.
• Perform electrical safety checks, including safe isolation, in line with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Provide operator training to customers on correct usage and cleaning procedures to improve equipment longevity and user confidence.

Benefits of Coffee Field Service Engineer

• Hands-on experience as a Coffee Field Service Engineer, ideally with a background repairing coffee or vending machines, however we will also consider applications from other electrical and mechanical industries such as catering equipment, white goods and gaming.
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical background.
• Familiarity with brands like Cimbali, WMF, Coffetek, and Evoca is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, capable of explaining technical information to customers in clear terms.
• Relevant technical qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or engineering fields are advantageous.
• A valid, clean UK driving license is essential.
