Lift Field Manager

An established and growing lift specialist company are currently seeking an experienced Lifts Field Manager in the London area to support the delivery of lift packages, partial upgrades and full lift replacements in accordance with current British and European Standards.

As a Lifts Field Manager you will be responsible for:

• Delivering installation and modernisation works including full and partial lift replacements
• Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with ISO, BS/EN and UKCA standards
• Managing the technical aspects of lift projects including testing, commissioning and certification
• Conducting site surveys and clearly communicating scope of works and project impacts
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues
• Delivering projects on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives
• Continually risk assessing projects and implementing mitigating actions
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and internal system records
• Attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates to management

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A background in lift installation, modernisation or major repairs
• Strong knowledge of current British and European lift standards
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Proven fault-finding and technical troubleshooting ability
• The ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively
