If so…then I have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to work within both the Material Handling and Manufacturing industries. We’re proud to offer some impressive benefits of working for Professional Technical. A starting salary of circa to £26k+ with uncapped bonus, commission structure, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and early finish Fridays. Applicants preferring part-time employment, minimum 3 days per week, will also be considered.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer
- The Recruitment Resourcer will be sourcing engineering candidates via job boards, databases, social media, and networking
- Writing job adverts that attract top talent
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Pre-screening candidates before consultant review
- Providing market insight and lead generation to support your consultant
- Marketing standout candidates to prospective employers
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining candidate databases.
Requirements of the Recruitment Resourcer:
- Previous recruitment resourcer experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience working for an engineering or manufacturing business within sales, customer service is highly desirable.
- Will consider all applicants in Internal Sales, Applications, Sales Coordinators or Technical Sales.
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Organised, resilient, and ready to learn
- Familiar with MS Office and comfortable using digital platforms. Experience using CRM systems are highly advantageous
- Commutable distance to Burton On Trent with Hybrid options if full-time.
