Senior Coffee Engineer

Are you a Senior Coffee Engineer l ooking for a new job opportunity in London? We're working with an ambitious and fast-growing speciality coffee business looking to appoint a Senior Coffee Engineer to lead a small team of engineers and complete its service operation across London. This role comes with a base salary of up to £50k depending on experience, 25 days holiday which increase with length of service , company van, and much more.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Coffee Engineer

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 2-3 Field Service Engineers.
• Manage engineer schedules, service workloads and installations.
• Monitor and improve SLA performance, response times and first-time fix rates.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex faults.
• Drive equipment reliability and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage service escalations professionally.
• Oversee spare parts, inventory management and service records.

Requirements of Senior Coffee Engineer

• Proven experience within coffee machine engineering, field service or a similar technical environment with both bean to cup and traditional coffee machines.
• Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability.
• Experience managing service KPIs and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
