We’re seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a dynamic and growing product design and development consultancy. The Role of a Senior Electronics Engineer:
- Lead the development of specifications and test documents for electronic and electromechanical products.
- Create architectural designs, including hardware/software partitioning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Design analogue and digital electronic circuits and oversee PCB layout and production.
- Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and budget targets.
Education and Experience required for this Senior Electronics Engineer role:
- A first or upper second class electronic engineering honours degree from a well-established university with a strong electronics reputation (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 3 years in hardware design engineering.
- Experience in analogue and digital circuit design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- The confidence to liaise directly with clients and suppliers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive under deadlines.
Benefits for this Senior Electronics Engineering role:
- Salary £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
